Move affected person to fresh air. If fumes are still present, the rescuer should wear appropriate respiratory protection. If breathing is irregular or has stopped, qualified personnel should administer artificial respiration or oxygen. In case of unconsciousness, place the person in the recovery position and seek medical help immediately.
