First Aid Measures
Ensure your own safety first. If symptoms occur or in case of doubt, consult a doctor and provide them with this information.

Inhalation: Immediately remove the person from exposure and move them to fresh air. Do not allow the person to walk without assistance. Pay attention to contaminated clothing. Call emergency services and seek medical attention due to the potential need for 24-hour observation.

Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. If jewelry (rings, watches) are affected, remove them. Rinse affected areas with lukewarm water (if possible) for 10–30 minutes without using soap or attempting neutralization. Always seek medical advice.

Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with water, forcibly holding eyelids apart (even manually). Remove contact lenses if present. Continue rinsing for 10–30 minutes from the inner corner outward. Do not neutralize. Medical evaluation is necessary even in cases of minimal exposure.

Ingestion: Rinse mouth immediately and have the person drink 2–5 dl of cool water to reduce the thermal effect of the corrosive agent. Do not give more fluids, as this could induce vomiting and risk aspiration. Do not force the person to drink if they are already experiencing pain. Do not administer activated charcoal. Seek immediate medical attention or call emergency services.
