USA DEA LIST
List I chemicals
These chemicals are designated as those that are used in the manufacture of the controlled substances and are important to the manufacture of the substances.
As a general rule, we do not supply DEA List I Chemicals to customers in the United States.
Any decision to accept an order involving a DEA List I Chemical is made individually and on a case-by-case basis. Such transactions may be considered only for verified low-risk businesses, government entities, public institutions, universities, or other authorized institutional customers, following enhanced compliance review and, where deemed necessary, local or on-site verification of the purchasing entity and its operating location.
Meeting the applicable DEA requirements does not guarantee that an order will be accepted by us.
If you intend to import a DEA List I Chemical into the United States, you must hold a valid DEA registration authorizing you to import the relevant List I Chemical, unless an applicable exemption or other legal exception applies.
Before attempt of an order, please ensure that:
- you are legally authorized and properly registered with the DEA to import the relevant product;
- you provide us with your valid DEA registration details and supporting documentation upon request;
- the purchaser, intended use, and delivery location can be satisfactorily verified;
- the delivery address corresponds to the authorized business or institutional location of the importer;
- all applicable DEA import notifications and declarations, including DEA Form 486 or other required documentation, are properly completed;
- your purchase, importation, possession, and intended use comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
We may additionally request company registration documents, tax identification information, DEA documentation, information regarding the intended use of the chemical, details of the end user, and any other documents necessary to complete our compliance verification.
Shipments will not be made to private residential addresses, forwarding addresses, third-party addresses, or locations that cannot be satisfactorily linked to and verified as part of the purchasing entity's legitimate operations.
Please note that applicable thresholds, reporting obligations, and other regulatory requirements may vary depending on the specific chemical and transaction. It is the purchaser/importer’s responsibility to verify and comply with all requirements applicable to the particular substance, quantity, and intended use before placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion where the purchaser, end user, intended use, documentation, delivery location, or overall risk profile cannot be satisfactorily verified.
If you are unsure whether your product is regulated as a DEA List I Chemical or whether we may consider supplying it to the United States, please contact us before placing your order.

List II chemicals
These chemicals are designated as those that are used in the manufacture of controlled substances.
INTERNAL VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
every purchasing entity will be subject to detailed verification before an order is accepted.
Orders for DEA List II Chemicals are accepted only from verified businesses, public institutions, government entities, universities, research institutions, and other authorized organizations.
Private individual purchases are not accepted.
Shipment will be made only to the verified business or institutional address where the purchaser conducts its activities. Delivery to private, residential, third-party, forwarding, or unrelated addresses is not permitted.
We reserve the right to request company registration documents, tax identification details, institutional credentials, information regarding the intended use of the product, and any other documentation necessary to verify the purchaser and the legitimacy of the transaction.
Orders that cannot be satisfactorily verified will not be processed.
FEDERAL LAW REQUIREMENTS
A DEA registration is generally not required solely for handling List II Chemicals. However, imports that meet or exceed the applicable DEA threshold may constitute regulated transactions and may be subject to DEA reporting, recordkeeping, and import declaration requirements.
Where applicable, the U.S. importer may be required to submit DEA Form 486 and provide advance notification to the DEA before the shipment is released by U.S. Customs. The standard advance notification period is generally 15 days, although exemptions or alternative reporting rules apply to certain chemicals and qualified importers.
Regulatory thresholds vary depending on the chemical. For example, DEA currently specifies different import thresholds for acetone, acetic anhydride, benzyl chloride, ethyl ether, potassium permanganate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, toluene and other List II Chemicals.
The purchaser/importer is responsible for verifying whether the ordered quantity constitutes a regulated transaction and for complying with all applicable DEA, U.S. federal, state, and local requirements before importation.
If you are unsure whether your product is classified as a DEA List II Chemical or whether your order exceeds the applicable threshold, please contact us before placing your order.

Special Surveillance List
Chemicals
All listed chemicals as specified in 21 CFR 1310.02 (a) or (b). This includes supplements which contain a listed chemical, regardless of their dosage form or packaging and regardless of whether the chemical mixture, drug product or dietary supplement is exempt from regulatory controls. For each chemical, its illicit manufacturing use is given in parentheses. Some Special Surveillance List chemicals do not have an exclusive manufacturing use for a specific illicit drug but rather have a broad range of uses in both legitimate and illicit manufacturing operations.
