Description
ROBADOPE REAGENT A+B
Allows to detect primary amines, MDA, 2C-B, PMA, Phenethylamines. Reagent can not distinguish between each of those. It inform whether the sample contain 1* amine.
PROCEDURE:
Add one drop of reagent A into one drop of reagent B, (the order does not matter). Then enter the sample, if the sample was a primary amine after a few seconds it will turn pink, after a while purple. If the concentrations of primary amine were low the color will be closer to pink if the concentrations used were high the color will be deep violet. Secondary and tertiary amines do not react unless other functions in the molecule are reactive at this conditions.
Product might also be used for TLC staining.
