Description:
Cyclohexylamine is a colorless, oily liquid with a fishy or ammoniacal odor. It is a primary amine and is highly soluble in water and organic solvents. Cyclohexylamine is used in the production of various chemicals, including herbicides, insecticides, corrosion inhibitors, and in the manufacture of rubber. It is also utilized as a curing agent in the production of certain resins and as an intermediate in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals.
