Phenanthrene is an aromatic hydrocarbon made up of three fused benzene rings. It is found naturally in coal tar and is also a member of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) group. Phenanthrene is primarily used in chemical processes and as an intermediate in the synthesis of various organic compounds.

First Aid Measures

If help does not arrive within one hour, induce vomiting (only for conscious individuals) and administer activated charcoal (20-40 g in a 10% suspension). Consult a doctor as soon as possible. Do not attempt neutralization.
