Refined coconut oil is a purified version of natural coconut oil, obtained from the dried kernel of coconuts (Cocos nucifera). It is primarily composed of medium-chain triglycerides, including lauric acid, myristic acid, caprylic acid, and minor amounts of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic and linoleic acids.
